Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the sale of digital audio content (hereinafter "Sound Capsules") by Sonodyss, a sole trader (micro-entreprise), to consumers and professionals via the website sonodyss.com.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

2. Products

Sonodyss offers sound capsules accessible via secure online streaming. These are digital contents not provided on a physical medium. The buyer receives a personal code granting permanent streaming access on two devices. Available capsules are:

  • Orion — 10 countries, family licence (private use, ~10 people)
  • Vega — 10 countries, family licence
  • Polaris — 20 countries (Orion + Vega combined), family licence
  • Solaris — 20 countries, collective licence (bars, schools, associations, events)
  • Nova — 20 countries + gift audio intro + Sonotransportation certificate + world music playlist (gift pack)

The exact content of each capsule (countries included, duration) is described on the product page.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes. They may vary according to the buyer's geographic zone, automatically detected:

  • Zone A (Western Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, Gulf): standard price
  • Zone B (rest of the world): reduced price

Sonodyss reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order and Payment

Payment is made online via the secure platform Lemon Squeezy (operated by Lemon Squeezy, LLC) by credit card or any other method offered by Lemon Squeezy. Full payment is required at the time of order.

Sonodyss does not store any banking data. All transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partner Stripe, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Delivery

Access to sound capsules is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. The buyer receives by email a personal code granting access to the content via secure streaming on the Sonodyss player, on a maximum of two devices.

No delivery fees apply. In case of a technical issue preventing access to streaming, the customer may contact for assistance.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Upon purchase, the buyer expressly acknowledges:

  • That streaming access is activated immediately after payment
  • That they waive their right of withdrawal upon activation of their access

This information is clearly indicated before the purchase is confirmed.

7. Licence of Use

Family licence (Orion, Vega, Polaris, Nova)

The buyer obtains a personal and private, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence. Use is limited to family and close friends (approximately 10 people). Any public, commercial or collective use (bar, school, event) is prohibited.

Collective licence (Solaris)

The buyer obtains a collective, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence, allowing use in a public or professional setting: bars, restaurants, schools, associations, team buildings, events. Resale of the content is prohibited.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Digital contents benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of non-conformity (corrupted file, incomplete content), the customer may obtain the rectification of the content or, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

The customer has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the content to invoke this guarantee.

9. Liability

Sonodyss shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product, technical incompatibility with the buyer's equipment, or any force majeure event.

10. Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to contact Sonodyss first at to attempt an amicable resolution.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge:

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
